Y bag was medium. And your person charged me for large bag ksh 1500. Instead of 1000 I just gave the bag to her for wrapping and it was brought to me checked in. And when I went to pay. She said I pay 1500. I asked why. She insisted. That my bag is large of which I told her. Y bag is. Between small and medium I can even take the photo and send you for you to see the difference I was. Rushing as boarding time and was. One of the last passenger I paid the amount but told her clearly. That chaeting. Won't take her any where. And I walked away
